You can request deletion of your Roomio account (app from Roomio Studio, S.L.) and its associated data at any time.
If you cannot access the app, email tech@theroomio.com from the address (or stating the phone number) you registered with. We will verify your identity and process the request.
Your personal data is deleted or anonymized: profile (name, age, desired location and preferences), photos, answers, likes, matches and chat messages.
Some data may be kept in anonymized form, or for legal obligations, for up to 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted. More information in our Privacy Policy.
